This planned community of 55 homes is based upon a “z” lot configuration, similar to other zero lot line small lot subdivisions. In this case owners will have a 10 foot wide entry court on one side of their unit and a 10 foot usable side yard that flows into the traditional rear yard. No openings are allowed on the side of the home that faces the neighbor’s useable side yard creating a sense of privacy. All the homes have two car garages and guest parking is available along the streets at various places on the site.
