Peter Schechter is a graduate of the University fo Florida's School of Architecture and has been a licensed architect in California for over 22 years. He is also a licensed contractor after having worked his way through many of the industry trades. A member of the "old school" of hand drawing, quick sketch solutions are explored from schematics through Design Development before being input into final computer drawings.

Pat Davies, a graduate of the University of Colorado and also a licensed architect for over 20 years is the firms supervising architect.

David Aspeitia has brought the firm into the 21st century with his incredible knowledge of CAD computer programming and great graphics skills, and plans on taking the architecture exam in the near future.
